Our Honey Travel Box is more than just a collection of honey; it is an invitation to explore the rich culinary traditions and natural beauty of Lebanon.
Forest Oak Honey
Our Forest Oak Honey is the winner of the Platinum Award: the highest award for Honey Quality in the London International Honey Quality Competition 2022; the Paris Honey Award and Arab Honey Awards 2023. This honey is made with an essence from natural Oak tree resins giving our a strong aromatic and malt-like intense flavor. Oak honey has a thick texture and has a dark amber color.
The sommelier note: The honey's harmonious blend of deep, earthy flavors and pronounced sweetness notes of malt, molasses, a touch of smoky, caramelized sugar and subtle floral undertones
Wild Mountain Flowers Honey (Jerdeh)
Sourced the meadows and valleys, this honey is a symphony of floral flavors. Light and fragrant, it is ideal for drizzling over yogurt, adding to tea, or enjoying straight from the spoon.
Orange Blossom Honey
Collected from the fragrant orange groves, this honey offers a delicate, citrusy sweetness with subtle floral undertones. It pairs with fresh fruit, pastries, and herbal teas.
Wild Juniper Flowers Honey
Juniper Honey is a rare and exquisite treat sourced from the pristine juniper forests of Lebanon. Robust flavor, deep, woody notes with a hint of spice and a subtle sweetness that lingers on the palate.
The Food pairing: Honey is appreciated for its rich and robust flavours. It can be drizzled over cheeses like cheddar or brie. Add a spoonful of Forest Oak Honey to your morning cereals or yogurt for a natural sweet boost. Use Forest Oak Honey as a glaze for grilled meats or roasted vegetables. Its rich flavor pairs perfectly with butter and fresh berries for a pancake or waffle breakfast.
