The olive harvest season is just around the corner, and we’re excited to invite you to a captivating journey through our olive groves, milling and olive oil tasting, showcasing Lebanon’s native olive varieties.
Our site location is situated at level of 350 meters above sea level in the beautiful calm village of Baassir in El Chouf Region overlooking the beach of Jiyeh from one side and tracing the picturesque hilltops of Iklim Al Kharroub from all around it.
Join us for an immersive experience where you’ll actively participate in the olive harvest, gaining insights into every stage of the olive tree’s lifecycle.
Once our baskets are full, we’ll head to our boutique mill to press your olives. You’ll get a firsthand look at the olive pressing process, explore the benefits of modern technology, and savor the taste of freshly pressed olive oil.
The adventure continues with an olive oil tasting class & food pairing led by our expert olive oil sommelier and master blender. You’ll sample various Lebanese extra virgin olive oils, learn about their unique attributes and sensory profiles, and enjoy a traditional village-style brunch and live cooking featuring both the olive oil and other products from Orchards of Laila.
