Cold-pressed from the finest olives of the typical Lebanese cultivar Souri, this oil boasts a robust flavor profile, intense taste with earthy tones, fruity aroma and green vibrant colour of freshly pressed olive oil.
Sommelier note: the Souri variety is characterized by a full-bodied, robust, high-intensity olive oil with a medium-ripened aroma. It has notes of artichoke and tomato leaves.
Cultivar: Souri / Souriana. The Souri or Souriana variety of this oil is found in the southern half of Lebanon, which includes the Chouf, The South, the western Bekaa and extends into northern Palestine. The variety takes its name from the ancient Phoenician capital of Sour and is considered one of the oldest and the finest varieties in the world.Harvest: 2024/2025
